What do I get for $199 a month?
A website on your own domain, plus the system behind it. Booking, CRM, lead forms, the client app, reviews. I build it and I run it, so you touch nothing. Hosting and your edits are in there too.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your website and your domain. One email cancels it, any time. What you give up is the backend I run for you, the booking and CRM. The site stays live and stays yours.
Does it auto-renew?
Yes. The $199 bills every month until you stop it. One email stops it. There's no fee to leave, and you walk away with your website.
Will we ever get on a call?
Only if you want one. I sell and support by email, on your schedule. Want a quick call before you subscribe? Just ask. After that, the work runs on forms and email.
I don't understand domains at all.
Good, you never need to. You buy the domain in your own account, about $12 a year. Never done it? I'll send a 2-minute walkthrough. Then I hook it all up. You'll never touch a DNS record. Already own a domain? Even easier.
Whose photos go on the site?
They're yours, and only with your sign-off. Before launch the intake asks you to confirm you own the rights to each photo. Or you upload ones you do own. I never run ads with photos of someone who isn't a client.
Do I have to switch my tools?
No. Keep your coaching app and your payment processor. Your site and booking sit in front of them. I connect Stripe for payments and link a coaching app like Trainerize.
